The emphasis of our site is on purchasing, selling and managing financial assets.  Assets we are immediately interested in purchasing are outlined below.  We are also making an effort to update content and provide additional detail around the products and services we offer.

We  buy performing junior liens/2nds or low balanced  performing seniors assets between $10,000 & $25,000 going up to $50,000.00 on senior liens
We usually buy in between 18-25% UPB price point.
Our purchase price ranges from $100,000-$250,000 per month
We prefer our assets to be seasoned from 6 months to a year.
We prefer the LTV to be at least 80%
We  prefer deed in trust states
We buy in a good relationship every 30-60days
We prefer the FICOs to be at or above 600.
All of these qualifications vary from asset to asset depending on performance FICOs and LTV .
